Arranged Employment Opinion (AEO)
Arranged Employment Opinions (AEO) helps skilled workers accelerate their immigration process. With an AEO, those who are applying for the Federal Skilled Worker program increase their likelihood of receiving an approved application. And as a part of the Federal Skilled Worker program, applicants would be eligible to have their Canadian Permanent Resident Visa processed at a faster rate if they have a permanent offer of employment from a Canadian employer with an AEO approved by Service Canada.
If an employer proposes to hire a skilled worker, the position must be a full-time, permanent, and must be available for all seasons, not just a specific season.
Service Canada will assess Arranged Employment Opinions based on the following conditions:
- the offer is for a permanent, full-time skilled worker position of the Skill type 0, or Skill levels A or B of the National Occupational Classification (NOC);
- the wage offered to the worker are comparable with the wages other workers have of related positions in Canada; and
- the working environment is up to par with the standards set by the standards of Canada.
If you would like to make an application under this immigration category or would like to speak with us regarding your eligibility for this program please call All Points Immigration during office hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Pacific Time) at 1-604-597-9020. You may also fill out our free online assessment questionnaire.
For any individual shifting his or her base to another country, the next major worry is to sponsor the immediate family.

Like many other countries, Canada also follows certain guidelines for family sponsorships. Under this program, close relatives and immediate family of a Canadian citizen or permanent resident can migrate if they comply to few conditions.
